Price changes policy
Prices are subject to change on the site at any time and take effect immediately; if a price change occurs after you have placed your online order, the price at the time of the online order will be honored.
US Orders
Payment
Individual orders must be prepaid. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, checks, Paypal or money orders. Institutions may submit purchase orders on net 30-day terms.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $100.00 within the US mainland territory, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping methods vary. For orders under $100.00, add $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for every additional book thereof provided it is in the same order.
You may request a rush order and select from a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and Priority Mail. Rush orders will be charged accordingly. And if you place the order before 5:00 pm Central Time, it goes out the same day.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies on orders as follows:
If purchased in or shipped within California sales tax will apply by county, if you don't find your county listed--use California Tax (8.25%).
We do not add sales tax for orders shipped to locations outside of California.
If tax exempt, please provide a tax exemption number.
International orders
Payment
All international orders must be prepaid. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and electronic funds (ie: wire transfers) as forms of payment.
Shipping
Shipping terms for international orders vary; we will quote you at least two shipping options inclusive of Air and Surface. If you prefer a specific method of international shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate such.
Backorders
We keep a substantial inventory of materials and aim to fulfill orders immediately; all items in-stock will be shipped the same day of ordering. Any out-of-stock items on an order will be placed on backorder and will not hamper the delivery of in-stock items. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS. Please specify if you would like all in-stock items held and shipped together with backordered items.
Examination Materials
We are pleased to provide 30-day examination orders within the United States. Materials exempt from our return policy (see “Easy Returns”) are also exempt from examination. Please contact us directly with all examination requests.
Easy Returns
Returns can be made within 90 Days of the invoice date provided the materials are in perfect condition. The following items are not returnable: photocopiable resources, DVDs, videos, CD-ROMs, audio CDs, audio tapes, visuals, and teacher manuals/guides. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and pack carefully. We recommend using a shipping method (ie: UPS) that allows you to track your return in the event that proof of delivery is necessary. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client; credit or a refund will be given for the cost of the items minus shipping.
Defective items may be exchanged at no additional cost to the client; please call for special return instructions.
