Return Policies
Spring ESL is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, and is a returnable item you can return it for an exchange or credit towards future orders. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following requirements apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Provided item is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear or use, and saleable condition.
  • Returns are accepted on items that are returnable, and only 50% of the original order.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the credit.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Spring ESL is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. FREE SHIPPING  on any combined order over $100.00, within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All items will be shipped insured.
